As a patient at Visage, you will receive an individualized treatment plan to create the most beautiful and functional smile that harmonizes with your face.

The Science
At the initial consultation, you and Dr. Tanner will discuss your treatment goals, the treatment plan and the amount of time it will take for your desired outcome. We will then scan your teeth and take intra and extra oral photographs. The process takes less than 30 minutes. The scan and photos are then sent to Align technology to create a 3D model of the before and after tooth positions and projected tooth movements. Dr. Tanner will customize the virtual rendering to ensure that you get the best possible result in the shortest time.

Your Smile
Your first set of aligners will arrive about 2 to 4 weeks after the initial scan. You will wear each set of aligners for about a week for 20 to 22 hours per day, removing them only to eat, brush, and floss. As you replace each aligner with the next in the series, your teeth will move – little by little, week by week – until they have straightened to the final position and you have achieved your desired smile. You will then receive a set of custom retainers to be worn nightly to prevent any unwanted tooth movement and maintain your new smile.
